Only complaint is I like the idea of a shared diary but cant figure out how to just make a note in my diary that does not make me busy like my turn to do something or its a particular theme we are following or someone is visiting.

Hi team, trips and tips is like watching Downton Abby or Lost, all equally bewildering.
Is there a manual, such as used by isg, by which a simple look up can be made in real time rather than waiting for issues to raised and answered through tips and ticks.
Would the answer to this query be in such a manual?

Hi Stephen.
The absolute best place to look in Word, Outlook, Excel etc is the Help.
If you are an E3 license ie: installed on your laptop then at the top of the menu bar is the text "Tell me what you want to do" - Just click on this and type a question.
If you have an E1 license ie: you use Chrome or a browser to get to Outlook etc, then head for the "?" at the top of the screen.
