Contacts in address book not receiving emails, I'm getting a message saying the format of the email is incorrect or a reply message that it was undeliverable - even though it is the address that has popped up for me to use. 



There is a known issue with addresses being prefixed with ‘[upn:


This FAQ describes how to resolve this. If this is not the problem, please raise a ticket with ISG Service Desk.
