Attention Managers! Tip #2

Once a staff member begins, it can take a while to get them up to speed with the various tasks, and getting them to understand the "Army" way.

With the help of various departments here at THQ an induction resource has been made available to all officers, managers, staff and volunteers.

This can be used for any and EVERY new staff member and we would highly recommend all staff take the time to check this great resource out.

Even if you don't have a login you can still read and view the videos through this resource.

Thanks Peter. It would be very helpful to also have a Leaving Booklet that shows the steps of what happens when one resigns. What is expected, what support is given, etc.

Hi Murray and thanks for your query. I believe what you are looking for is the P5 form. This is a HR form found on the intranet under Departments & Services> General HR & Payroll Forms> HR Payroll Forms> P5 - Employee Termination Form. This form includes a checklist for a managers to go through when an employee concludes their service, include logging a ticket to remove user, exit interview etc.
